You’re sure to feel yourself relaxing as you pull up outside ‘Cabin Time’, located in White Oak Lodge and Resort in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This is an impressive escape-from-it all cabin with room for up to 6 friends or family. Enjoy having parking space for 2 vehicles right outside on the flat driveway, so you won’t have far at all to carry your bags into the cabin. And once inside, you can’t fail to be wowed by the space and the style of this beautifully presented property. Open the front door using an easy and secure keyless door entry system and you’ll step straight into: OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM / DINING AREA / KITCHEN The exceptionally high level of presentation of this area is sure to delight you, with the high cathedral ceiling giving the space an open and inviting feel. There’s super-comfortable seating in here, including a love seat and a sofa that converts to a pull-out bed that sleeps 2. All offer up a great view of the wall-mounted 50-inch flat screen TV. Like the rest of the TVs in the cabin, it’s a smart set, so bring your passwords to your accounts for easy access to the services you love. The TV is above a stone gas fireplace that really helps dial-up the snug in this area during the cooler times of year (October to March). The cabin’s central air conditioning system will ensure your comfort all year round. This living area shares space with the kitchen. It features quality stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar area that seats 2. It’s a kitchen that makes preparing magnificent meals and sumptuous snacks a real pleasure. All the utensils and cookware you’re likely to need are here. And the adjacent dining table gives you somewhere for all 6 guests to enjoy your culinary creations. This table is also great for hosting board games (provided), or perhaps even work if that’s your reason for visiting Gatlinburg. 2 BEDROOMS The cabin has a bedroom on the first floor which features a queen bed and 43-inch smart TV. The main bedroom is on the upper floor with a king-size bed plus a jacuzzi tub right there in the bedroom. There’s also a separate ensuite shower room with WC and wash basin. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings, so be sure to unpack and really make yourselves at home. 2 BATHROOMS We’ve already mentioned the jacuzzi tub and shower in the master bedroom on the upper floor. There’s also a bathroom on the first floor that’s home to a washer/dryer, giving you the means to keep your clothing clean, handy if someone spoils a favorite top on the first day and wants to wear it again! We will ensure there are quality towels in both bathrooms available for all guests to use. Please note that a starter supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels are provided upon arrival, however it's only enough to cover your first night. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guest. GAME ROOM There are board games on the first floor ready to play on the dining table, but it’s upstairs where you’ll find the pool table and multi-game arcade machine in the game room. Why not arrange a tournament to see who’s the champion pool hustler in your group? OUTSIDE SPACE Time spent in this beautiful cabin is time to take things easy. And you can do that on one of the rocking chairs on the covered front porch, or in the hot tub on the screened rear porch. But there’s plenty more to keep you entertained outside this 2 bed cabin in Gatlinburg, as staying here gives you… ACCESS TO WHITE OAK LODGE AND RESORT FACILITIES These include: Gas grills for BBQs Swimming pool with grotto and waterfall (available Memorial Day- Labor Day) Communal fire pit (available Memorial Day-Labor Day) Tennis court Basketball hoop Workout room Also, the front exterior of the property does have a Ring camera with video/audio capabilities to ensure safety of the guests and property.

Must be 25 to book. By booking, you agree to the following rental agreement. FIXED SHORT‐TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT & CONTRACT OWNER PROPERTY – Cabin Time, Gatlinburg TN 37738 Owner and Guest agree to the following terms: TERM – Check‐in is 4:00 PM EST and Check‐out is 10:00 AM EST. Guest agrees that Guest’s accommodation is only for short term tourist or visit purposes and under no circumstances is to be used as a principal residence. UTILITIES/MAINTENANCE – Guest will contact the owner with any utility or maintenance issues immediately. Owner will resolve the issue as best as possible. Booking fees, nightly rates, taxes and fees will not be deducted regardless of availability of utilities or maintenance issues. USE & CARE ‐ Guest (up to 6 maximum occupants and 2 cars parked outdoors shall be permitted upon the Property at any time) will use the furnished house only as a temporary dwelling in a legal, safe, reasonable and clean manner without damage to the Property or its furnishings. Guest will not change or alter the Property in any way. No smoking allowed within or outside the house or anywhere on the Property grounds. The Property may not be used as a permanent residence, sublet, nor used for any commercial or illegal purpose, nor the Contract assigned. Guests and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor shall Guests use the Property for any immoral, offensive or illegal purposes, nor violate any law, or ordinance, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the Property. Guest acknowledges that use of the home and amenities such as the hot tub, fireplace, decks, swimming pool and grills may be potentially dangerous and involve risks if improperly used, particularly with regards to children and such use is at the Guest’s own risk. Guest will leave the Property in the same condition that the Property was provided by Owner except for normal final cleaning and laundering of bed linens and towels, which is at the Owner’s expense. REPAIRS/DAMAGE – Owner will deliver Property in clean and working order and repair or replace defective mechanical systems, equipment, fixtures, furnishings, and appliances at Owner’s expense upon notice by Guest unless the result of Guest’s negligence in which case the expense of repairs shall be paid by Guest. Owner will repair damages or defects within a reasonable time without rent offset. In the case of substantial damage rendering the house un‐tenable, Owner may cancel the Contract upon notice to the Guest and rates, fees, taxes may be refunded on a prorated basis. If a pet is found to be at the house, a $125 fee will be accessed. ENTERING HOUSE – Owner, Manager and employees or contractors may enter the house at reasonable times to make necessary repairs or changes to maintain the Property in good working order or at any time in the case of emergency or if Owner has a reasonable belief that there is any imminent danger to any person or property or to check or show the house when the Guest is not present in the house. Owner or Owner’s Agent or Broker may also enter the Property with reasonable notice (typically 12 hours) when Guest is present to show the house to possible workmen or contractors. Owner’s and Agent’s access is a vital term of this contract and violation of this clause by Guest is a Default under terms of this contract and Tenant shall be responsible for any costs of enforcing this clause or damages resulting from limitations to access contrary to this clause. HOLDOVER – If Guest shall continue to occupy the Property after the Contract expiration, the Guest shall pay all damages arising out of holdover including but not limited to costs of defaults or displacement to subsequent guests and brokers and Guest shall pay $1000 fine per day until removal. Owner may remove Guest’s belongings and store them at Guest’s expense at any time after the occupancy expiration without notice to Guest, change key codes and locks at Guest’s expense and allow subsequent Guests entrance and use of the home. ADDITIONAL TERMS – If any provision of this Contract is invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions still apply. The Contract is binding upon Owner’s and Guest’s respective successors, heirs, executors and administrators. Guest may peacefully and quietly enjoy the premises subject to the terms of this Contract. Owner and Manager shall not be liable to Guest, Guest’s guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the Property. Guest shall hold Owner and Manager harmless and shall indemnify from and against all loss, injury, or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the Property and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Guest, his guests or invitees. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall not be affected. DEFAULT/CANCELLATION – Guest cancellations are binding per the Airbnb booking policy. Owner, for cancellations prior to arrival for any reason, shall refund 100% of all moneys and fees paid by Guest or offer comparable or better accommodations as an alternative if Guest chooses. Guest will be in default if rent or other payments are not paid upon booking or Guest violates any provision of this Lease. Owner may send a notice of a default and if not remedied within ten (10) days thereafter, Owner may cancel this Contract upon the ten‐day expiration without remedy and Owner may remove Guest’s belongings and store them safely at Guest’s expense at any time without notice to Guest and allow subsequent Guests to enter and use the home. All sums under this lease shall be due and payable in full upon cancellation. If Guest is in Default of the Contract and if Owner engages an attorney to pursue eviction, enforcement or collection, Guest will pay Owner’...

Guest access

We are delighted to make our beautifully presented 2 bedroom cabin for 6 guests exclusively available to you. The cabin is accessed via a short flight of steps at the front. There is also a first-floor bedroom and bathroom, so there’s no need to climb steps once inside the cabin. Ensuring all guests enjoy a relaxing and stress-free stay is our goal. With this in mind, we’ll be on-hand to provide information and advice about anything to do with the cabin and the local area should you need it during your stay.

This place was exactly as described. It was easy to find in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The home looked exactly like the pictures. Michelle was very responsive, accommodating and welcoming. 10/10. If you are considering booking this home i highly recommend you go ahead and book it.

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The cabin was spotless and welcoming. The amenities were great—everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided. Lots of towels, blankets, and extra pillows were provided. We enjoyed the hot tub and games after a long day out. The location was perfect! It was close to the strip but yet still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We enjoyed a lot of locally owned restaurants nearby. The host was also wonderful—communicative, helpful. Only downfall we checked the calendar to extend our stay and it was booked!

"Cabin Time” is tucked up against the Great Smoky Mountains; however only 10 miles to Downtown Gatlinburg and 15 miles to Pigeon Forge. The cabin is easily accessible by car all year round thanks to being located right on Highway 321, which also makes it easy to reach downtown Gatlinburg. The resort’s roads and the cabin’s driveway are flat and paved, making driving and parking easy any time of year.
